Sucuk (Turkish Beef Sausage) with Eggs Recipe


Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 6-10 minutes

Ingredients:

0.25 lb of sucuk (Revolution brand)
5 large eggs
1 small fresh tomato and fresh cucumber
1 teaspoons of dry thyme
salt and black pepper

Instructions:

Remove outer skin from sucuk (Turkish beef sausage) and cut sucuk into rings. Preheat your pan and place sliced beef sausage on it. Cook it for approximately 5 minutes on one side or until the juices release themselves. After 5 minutes or so, turn the heat down, turn sucuk to cook another side of it and crack the eggs on top. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dry thyme, black pepper and salt on top of the eggs and beef sausage. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve it on a place with fresh sliced tomatoes and/or cucumbers.
