Köfte with French Fries and Veggies Recipe


0.75 lb of traditional köfte (Köfte Revolution brand)
3 medium potatoes
2 hot long green peppers                    
2 medium tomato
5 pickle slices 
2 tablespoons of avocado oil
2 teaspoons of dry parsley
salt and black pepper


Wash 3 medium potatoes, 2 hot long green peppers and 2 medium tomatoes. Cut potatoes into wedges. Preheat your oven to 425℉. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil. Mix 2 teaspoons of dry parsley, black pepper and salt in a small bowl; sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Bake potatoes in the preheated oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, approximately 25 minutes. Flip it halfway through baking.

Preheat your grill. Mix 2 hot long green peppers and 1 tomato with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a medium bowl; spread vegetables on a grill. Cook hot long green peppers and tomato for approximately 5 minutes on each side. 

Place frozen or defrosted meatballs on preheated grill. Cook each side for approximately 7-10 minutes. Make sure to check if köfte has been fully cooked and meat doesn’t have any red color inside.

Cut 1 medium tomato into slices. Place and serve baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, cooked köfte, tomato slices and pickle slices on the same plate.
